Vitamin B3 - Niacin 

 

Function

Involved in the metabolic process and especially in that of energy release and metabolism of carbohydrates. It is also required for cell respiration, fats, and proteins and for skin. Vitamin B3 also helps to the functioning of the nervous system, and normal secretion of bile and stomach fluids.

Use
